Important: Our store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order, due to cases that can not be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure such as strikes, terrorist acts, natural disasters, extreme weather events, emergencies, restrictions due to Covid-19, problems of the courier company.
WAYS OF DELIVERY
The delivery of our goods is performed via service “Express” by ACS Courier S.A. In case you desire a courier of your preference which we do not collaborate with, the expenses are charged to you.
If you have selected to pay on delivery you will be charged an extra 2,80€.
COST OF DELIVERY
WITHIN ATTICA
• The cost of your delivery for orders up to 2kg is 3,03€. For orders beyond 2kg the cost is an extra 3,03€ for each kilo.
For orders above 35€ and up to 3kg, your goods will be delivered free of charge.
OUTSIDE ATTICA – Land Destinations
• The cost of your delivery for orders up to 2kg is 3,63€. For orders beyond 2kg the cost is an extra 4,24€ for each kilo.
For orders above 45€ and up to 3kg, your goods will be delivered free of charge.
OUTSIDE ATTICA – Island Destinations
• The cost of your delivery for orders up to 2kg is 4,24€. For orders beyond 2kg the cost is an extra 5,80€ for each kilo.
For orders above 55€ and up to 3kg, your goods will be delivered free of charge.
For shipment to inaccessible areas, upon request.
All the above prices include VAT. Once your order is deemed to be completed, an email will be sent automatically with the analysis of your order.
TIME OF DELIVERY
WITHIN ATTICA
• 1 - 2 working days
In case you need your delivery within 24 hours you can place your order only by calling us at our shop in Ampelokipoi, 81 L.Kiffisias Str, (Tel 210 6920693). Your goods will be delivered with the appropriate cost.
OUTSIDE ATTICA
• 2 - 4 working days
Notes: The orders that are placed on Friday or during the weekend will be sent by courier on Monday and you will receive your goods the following day if plausible or in the next few days (2 - 4), depending on the area of your residence. During the National Holidays we do not carry out deliveries but only the following day.
