Macadamia
Indigenous people on the eastern of Australia and the Hawaiians love macadamia. Hawaii is the second country in the production of macadamia after Australia. We mainly import from South Africa. Macadamia is considered to be one of the most popular nuts, thanks to its creamy crisp and delicate flavor.
Nutritional Value: While in terms of calories is one of the fattiest nuts, macadamia contains the largest amount of healthy monounsaturated fat. These "good" fats reduce cholesterol LDL, triglycerides, but also pressure. They are a very good source of selenium, which has antioxidant properties.
