We would like to notify that we do not accept returns for strictly health reasons.
Reasons for product returns.
Returns are accepted only due to our error. If the order is incorrect or incomplete then you can return your order via the courier we collaborate with without any charge and you have the following potentials:
- Refunds will be carried out after contacting us within (15) days from the return and delivery of merchandise from our company.
- Replacement of your order without any further charge.
If your order has been done by credit card the transaction will be cancelled and you will have a corresponding update of your credit card.

- The merchandise should be unopened and must be in its original state and packaging and escorted by all the market documents.
- Your request for return of merchandise must be submitted within 7 work days from the day you received the goods.
If you do not meet the above requirement we can exercise the right to not accept your return of merchandise.

You bring your merchandise in its original state to our shop DELIZIOSO and after close inspection to ensure it meets our requirements we replace the goods with another of your liking or you will receive a refund.

Provided that you have requested return of the merchandise and has been accepted, you send the package back with the courier we collaborate with without any charge. On arrival an inspection will be carried out to the package to see if it meets our policy requirements and we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone.
Cancellation of order
By sending on line to firstname.lastname@example.org you can cancel your order without any charge on the condition that the shipping of goods has been carried out from our store within the period of 4 working hours.
Our company can exercise its right to cancel or alter its return policy, publicizing its new terms and conditions on its website.
In the case that the product violates the terms of return and has been characterized unsuitable for return, then the product is returned to the customer and is burdened with the expenses of the courier.
