In fact these nuts are cooked chickpeas. Our chickpeas are mostly Greek, while we also import from Turkey. There are two categories, white and yellow, and they have no difference in their nutritional value.
Nutritional value: They do not have much fat. It is a good source of both protein and carbohydrate. They also contain many fiber and are advantageous to other nuts in vitamin A and B-carotene, vitamins essential for cell regeneration. They are also very rich in vitamins K and C.
