DELIVERY FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE OF THE COMPANY
The receipt of the order products from the Company's physical store is made on working days and hours.
The Customer is required to receive the order from the Company's physical store within five (3) working days since placing the order. If the Customer does not receive the product within five (3) working days since the receipt of the notice to receipt, the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.

In cases where the ordered products should be delivered in rest Greece the delivery is made within 4 (1-4) working days after the completion of the order. Within Attica The cost of your delivery for orders up to 2kg is 2,50€. For orders beyond 2kg the cost is an extra 1€ for each kilo.
Outside Attica The cost of your delivery for orders up to 2kg is 3,00€. For orders beyond 2kg the cost is an extra 1€ for each kilo.
For orders above 50€, your goods will be delivered free of charge.
The Company reserves the right to inform the Customer if there are grounds why the product shall not be available or for the possible (new) delivery time if there are grounds for delaying the delivery. In such a case, if the delay makes the transaction unprofitable for the Customer, he/she is entitled to cancel the order unilaterally by means of a written statement (via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org).
